FACING THE LIFESTYLE IN TEENAGERS TODAY Ladies and gentlemen Day after day have left us time after time have passed and now we arrive in the civilization we should know that the era of globalization is a challenge for everyone to be always ready to compete in the competitive life, especially for teenagers. Because in this era many people try to get much money and social status confession. As like the wise word says “first come first serve”. We sometimes don’t know which one is really our friend and which one is our enemy. Friends can be enemy and enemy can be friends. They ruin each other. Nowdays, Indonesia is surprised by new sensation of youth’s habits. It can be known from their custom,tradition,language,appearance and their daily lifestyle. As we can see most of teenagers will always tend to follow the condition around them. Their habits tend to have fun. They prefer to spend their time and money to hang out,do nothing,go shopping and many others. They like to do it all because their friends invite them. Remember. Friends have a major influence on our habits. This because the behavior of friend is more easily imitated. Most of teenagers never think around and their parents. Regadless of how they get the money most importantly” I’m happy ”. they always follow teir desire to ask for money to their parents and do not think about the surrounding. Teenagers will think in their own way “ everything I want I have to get it “, if they still do not get what they wanted then I’m sure they will force their parents’ money. Of course it is an act which is immoral and criminal. So many teenagers get their education as high as possible. It means that the teenagers get an education at the university but being university student does not guarantee to have a good morals. Many media tell us that, murder,rape,robbery,violence,free sex,abortion,drugs and alcohol have been done by university students. So school or university has little positive impact on teenagers if they still have bad behavior. Theory and application are different when teenagers do it. Application is more giving high impact as like where the teenagers should be. Actually when teenagers get high education as like at the university they should be able to choose which is the wrong ones and the right ones. We know that our country has a huge problem that continues to this day it is corruption, up fuel prices, natural disasters and many others. Natural disasters have befallen Indonesia recently it was earthquake, tsunami, and flooding it all has befallen aceh, nias island and medan. Those disasters have occurred continuously. Moreover Indonesia still has a lot of corruptors are arrested and prosecuted. Of both problems then what should the teenagers do? In the poverty problem in Indonesia is high rate. Incrase in poverty caused by natural disasters and corrupters. As the young generation we have to care to people around us, should not always waste our money and time because it’s the wrong way. We have to change oue lifestyle to be what our country wish to become a better generations of Indonesia. Remember, we are still young and we have a bright future. We should understand indonesia’s condition that’s getting worse. We are as the young generation , we should fix our bad morals to be better and try to become honest person, study hard, get high education, have good friends, and not spend our money and time with thing that are not useful. Those should be done by teenagers. We all are responsible for the next future of Indonesia. As the young generation we should make Indonesia getting better than right now.
